FABRIC COLLAGE in 2D & 3D
Workshop Outline:
There are as many ways to do fabric collage as there are people doing it. The workshop will focus on fused collage, which will then be enhanced with machine and hand stitching and all manner of embellishments. Students will have the opportunity to work in both 2D for a wall hanging and in 3D for a container or small house during the course of the week. The course is structured to be enjoyable for all skill levels, including beginners. Students must be familiar with the workings of their own sewing machines.
