BOOKBINDING: A Sampler
Workshop Outline:
This course is an introduction to a variety of bookbinding forms and skills. Students will start the week with a Moleskin-style journal complete with strap and pocket and will then move on to three Japanese bindings. They will next try their hand at a box with a hinged lid and finish up with a Medieval binding with wooden boards and a leather spine.
